Shipments Within India

At Pebblezapp.com we're dedicated to getting your products delivered efficiently, safely and with as low a shipping cost as possible! We partner with reputable couriers to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

Where We Ship To

We currently only ship within India; all orders can be shipped anywhere in India!At this point in time we do not process international orders unless otherwise stated.

Orders - Processing & Dispatch

All orders will be checked for quality prior to shipping. After checking the order, it will be packed and shipped.

Delivery Time For Orders Most orders will arrive at your address 5-10 days after they have shipped.

The actual delivery duration may be longer depending on where you live (geographical distance), the serviceability of the postal codes in your area, your shipment's courier, and other operational constraints.

Weekends and Public Holidays do not count toward the total estimated number of working days. Estimated Delivery Dates Are Just That - Estimates - Not A Guarantee.

Shipping Fees

The amount charged for shipping and delivery will vary based on several factors:

  • Shipping Destination

  • Size and weight of the package being shipped

  • Carrier selected to deliver the package


All shipping costs will be itemized at check-out and appear on your invoice prior to payment being made. There are no hidden fees associated with shipping.

Tracking Your Orders

When an order is shipped from our warehouse, you will be notified of its shipment via e-mail and/or text message, providing you with a tracking link or number. You can use these numbers/links to check on the status of your package using Tracking Resources provided by the courier(s).

Delivery Issues/Force Majeure

While we typically fulfill all orders on or before their respective promise dates, unforeseen events may prevent us from delivering orders in a timely manner. Examples of possible events that could cause shipping delays that are beyond our control include:

  • Delays experienced by the shipping carrier

  • Inclement weather conditions

  • Natural disasters


Public holidays or other regional lockdowns Production or Logistic challenges at our facility or with a carrier partner
