Eligibility for Return and Time Limit for Return
A customer may request to return a product within seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the product. Any return requests received after this seven (7) day period shall be rejected will not be considered valid.

The Condition of the Returned Item

No damage, no signs of wear, no stains, and no signs of use
Returned in the original packaging; includes all tags, labels, accessories, and complimentary items
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged or that do not have original packaging may be subject to denial of the request or to partial refund at our discretion.
